I catch a fish of a lifetime in California: a GIANT Yellowtail next to an Island in the middle of the ocean! The boys say it was the biggest one caught this season! We stayed overnight next to this incredible island, and in the morning I was woken up by the scream of a reel and this giant fish! We caught a bunch of new species I've never seen before including yellowtail rock fish, white fish, sheepshead and more! We were surrounded by sea lions and Rizzo dolphins! I fillet the yellowtail and bring it back home to Florida to cook! I cook the yellowtail 2 different ways for some of my girlfriends; seared and baked with a teriyaki sauce! Both were delicious!
