Brig. Gen. Rolf E. Mammen took command of the 127th Wing during a change of command ceremony at Selfridge Air National Guard Base during the May 2019 regularly scheduled drill. The ceremony was presided over by Major General Leonard Isabelle. Command authority over Selfridge Air National Guard Base was passed from Brig. General John D. Slocum to Brig. General Rolf Mammen.
