Parliament has faulted the ministry of education for failing to enforce travel regulations on school trips saying the inaction may have contributed to the accident that claimed the lives of ten students of St Gabriel's Boarding Primary School. The Ministry of Education has directed all institutions to comply strictly with the existing regulations governing transportation of learners.
