In this video, I'll describe how "rotator cuff tendonitis" is the most common cause of shoulder pain.
For most people, their shoulder pain comes on gradually and only occurs with specific shoulder movements: such as reaching across the body or reaching behind the back.
As time goes on, the shoulder pain will become more consistent, and it will start occurring with most arm movements, such as reaching out in front of the body or overhead.
In the video, I'll explain why this happens, and I'll point you in the right direction for eliminating shoulder pain and rotator cuff tendonitis.
