A basic agility drill, the step touch lunge helps you improve your coordination
Feet hip width, hands on hips, take a long step forward into a lunge position keeping back leg straight, knee straight but unlocked.
Body slightly forward - continuation of line created by the the back leg.
Extend your arm as if trying to touch the ground. No need to bend down trying to reach the toes. Go as far as correct line allows, remembering to keep your back straight and core engaged.
Five times on each leg.
