Nearly 19,000 people in Indian state of Andhra Pradesh's flood-hit districts of East and West Godavari remained in relief camps on Monday while authorities continued relief operations. Officials said the flood situation was under control though the first level warning in Godavari River continued in the upstream Telangana state.
