Superfetch was renamed to SysMain in Windows 10. It preloads apps and the like into ram. Many people experience poor performance as a result and have to turn it off all the time after updates. This video will show you how to disable it so it will not start up after restarts and updates and keep your system from bogging down. The only negative is that some things will take a little longer to load if or when you want to use them.
