Know that there will always be times in therapy when we feel stuck or as if we are sliding back into old unhealthy behaviors, but like I have always said, it’s a process not perfection. So don’t think that your stagnancy means that you can’t or won’t get better, it just means that you are human, and we have to figure out why it’s happening and work to overcome it.
