my 2001 hyundai accent has a problem.. it only turns on when the fan is unplugged from the sensor. new relay, new sensor, same problem.. anyone else experiecing this problem?

update! 7/28/2019 sorry everyone for not getting back to you im very busy thats why im not a very good youtuber.

i installed a kill switch from the battery to the fan and mount it on my dashboard. everytime it started to overheat id flip the switch and avoid overheating. the hyundai was sold with the new buyer aware of the unknown issue. it still passed smog!
