We live in a world with very complex issues which have no simple solutions. So how do we approach these issues and understand the different polarities that exist?
In this week’s video, I discuss the concept of polarity thinking. Because we are very polarized and divided on our current issues, we need to alter the way we approach these complex issues. We need to start approaching problems with polarity by assessing whether it is a problem to solve or a polarity to be managed.
By using polarity thinking and approaches, we can change from viewing solutions as this or that or right or wrong and start finding more win-win solutions. How we approach the past, our current issues, interdependence and the complexity of making decisions, highly impacts our future because we need to keep adapting.
