Toscana valley
a very beautiful place one has to see. hotel (town square suites) has however still ample room for improvement. booked a more expensive valley view room, but could only see the valley through a small side window, the main view was onto the piazza (in my opinion a cheat). the room itself was spacious and functional, but not very clean and worse, initially pretty bad smelling too. the fitness room is quite nice and well equipped, however, closed the hole morning and only opens afternoon. upon daily request, the fitness was opened for me, but rather troublesome to request daily anew and in my opinion, a no-goes for a 5-star hotel. dry sauna not working, steambath ok, but was during the whole stay of 6 days never cleaned (same dirt on the floor every day). staff was very friendly and also helpful as far as their limited English knowledge allowed.
