Prior to dispatching your radiators we pressure test each radiator to 8 bar pressure over a 24 hour period.

The normal pressure of a central heating system is 1 – 2 bar of pressure.


The radiators are pressure tested, then the end bushes are fitted to your radiator before it is finally over sprayed.

Each radiator goes through a strict quality control prior to dispatch, they are then carefully wrapped.

Should your radiator suffer any damage during positioning then we can supply touch up pots of paint free of charge.

All of our cast-iron-radiators are brand new, fully tested to BS EN442-1 & BS EN442-2 and are guaranteed for 10 years.
