The recipe requires only a few ingredients like Ridge Gourd, Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, garlic pods, green chilies, oil, coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions, turmeric, salt, tamarind, mustard, urad dal, chanadal, dry chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing which are all easily available ingredients in every house hold.
