Handling Discrepancies in the Title
1,2 and 3 = provide notarized affidavit /petition to correct
4 =corrected through Bureau of Lands
5 &6 = Registry of Deeds /Land Registration Authority will handle the correction,then the
Registered owners will submit a request letter address to the Chief of LDA.
