Full day sightseeing of Darjeeling.
Places Covered:
1. DARJEELING ROPE WAY - The Darjeeling Ropeway is a ropeway in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal. The 5 km long ropeway( i.e. 2.5 km each way) is a tourist destination in the town. The journey on the ropeway offers views of the hills and the valleys around Darjeeling.
2. KANGCHENJUNGA VIEW- KANGCHENJUNGA is the 3rd highest peak in the world situated in the Himalayan range. It s in between Nepal and Sikkim state of India. It's elevation is 8,586 meter ( 28,169 Ft.). The peak is always covered with snow. The first sun light on the snow white peak turns the peak marvelous with golden reflection. It is vissible from Darjeeling, Sikkim and Nepal.
3. BUDHA TEMPLE - There is a wonderful Japanese temple located at a 10 minutes driving distance from the Darjeeling
town center. The temple is also known as the Myohoji Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Temple. The two storied white building was built in a traditional Japanese style in the year 1972. Close to the temple is the Peace Pagoda that showcases four avatars of Lord Buddha. From the top of the Pagoda, you get a panoramic views of Darjeeling landscape including the Kanchenjunga range.
4. PEACE PAGODA - Peace Pagoda, Darjeeling or Darjeeling Peace Pagoda is one of the Peace Pagodas designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds to help unite them in their search for world peace. It is located in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal. Like most of the other Peace Pagodas, it was built under the guidance of Nichidatsu Fujii (1885–1985), a Buddhist monk from Japan and founder of the Nipponzan-Myōhōji Buddhist Order.
5. BATASIA LOOP - The Batasia Loop is a spiral railway created to lower the gradient of ascent of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway in Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India. At this point, the track spirals around over itself through a tunnel and over a hilltop.
6. MIRIK LAKE - Mirik Lake, or Sumendu Lake, is a lake in Mirik, Darjeeling district, West Bengal, India. It is 1.25 kilometres (0.78 mi) long. There is an 80-foot long arch footbridge across the lake called the Indreni Pull.

Little Tibet Resort is located opposite Governors House on the Mall which is on the posh VIP promenade of Darjeeling town. Our resort is a Tibetan themed and has very characteristic resemblance to that of a Tibetan home. It has all modern facility and comfort level to that of a 4 star hotel.
