If you bought Dawn of Ragnarok, you need to watch this before you boot up that expansion that launches on March 10, 2022. The Divine gear seems to be eating people's runes. Any Helix/Reda store or Discovery Tour gear will lose its runes and be automatically upgraded. You need to go to an earlier save and unsocket all these item's runes to be sure you will not lose them. You have to go to a pre-divine gear save offline to avoid the rune loss. Take off all those weapon and armor runes. Save and quit. Go online and log into that save. If you have divine items, then you can downgrade them for iron, leather, titanium or platinum crafting materials at a blacksmith and then get all those materials back in the store weapons and armor after saving and reloading.
