Hey everyone, Katie Dunlop here, and today we’re going to be doing a 10-minute booty lift workout. You can do this from home no problem. Also, I’ll show you how to modify these exercises if you’re not using weights!
We’ll start with a squat with a lateral reach. The weights add additional resistance, but the exercise still works great on its own. Then, we’ll move on to more squats and balancing moves. It'll get intense, but it's worth it! I’ll also subtly add in a few other muscle groups for you while you’re at it! You’re already here, so why not?
