For our customer in Norway, Elten delivered multiple Manual Case Palletizers Workstations on Mezzanine Level.

An empty Pallet will be lifted. During lifting the Operator can continue working by forming the 1st layer on top of the loading Plate. When the empty Pallet is in position, the loading Plate will be retracted and the 1st layer will drop on the empty Pallet. Now the operator can continue loading the 2nd layer directly on the Pallet.

After finishing the loaded Pallet, the Operator will close the Loading Plate and will continue with the 1st layer of a new Pallet. In the meantime the loaded Pallet will be lowered, automatically wrapped and transported downstream, ready to be shipped to the shop.
