Tired of missing heavy jerks forward?
If you have a problem with all of your weight being on your front leg instead of balanced 50/50 in the jerk, and then subsequently missing your jerks forward, this video is for you.
In order to jerk big weight, balance and positioning are key! As well as other qualities such as speed, power, etc (Not the scope of this video). This is only one thing that could improve your jerk. Depending on the technical error you have, there are many others to consider as well!
When I was new and developing my technique, this cue really took my jerk to the next level and helped me eventually jerk 200 kg/440 lbs.

Disclaimer: There is more than one right way to execute any given movement. I have just found through personal experience and through watching some of the best weightlifters in the world that hitting the back foot first in the jerk works for a lot of people!
