Chinese soya sauce chicken drumsticks with smooth tofu and hardboiled eggs. An easy, tasty and healthy recipe.
Ingredients
10 chicken drumsticks parboiled to get rid of scum
1 piece cinnamon bark
1 star anise
1 bay leaf
4-5 cloves of garlic
Marinate chicken Ingredients
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp light soy sauce ( more if needed )
1 tsp shaoxing wine
6 pieces tofu
5-6 hardboiled eggs
1 tbsp rock sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce ( more if needed )
1 litre of water ( more if needed )
