In this episode, you will see Filipino store in Queens, New York. We drove 20mins from Manhattan to Woodside in Queens. We visited Kabayan grocery store with “turo-turo” or “point-point” food selection. We got the taho in front of Kapamilya Store right next to Kabayan. Taho is a sweet dessert in the Philippines. It’s made of silken tofu, sago or tapioca pearls, and a simple brown sugar syrup served warm.
We love everything at Kabayan store and bought some items to take home. We cannot wait to go back!
