Ingredients for this carrot payasam with jaggery are:
Milk—Half litre
Grated carrot—One cup
Jaggery powder—Half cup
Ghee/ Clarified butter—one Tbsp
Cashews & Raisins- As desired
Cardomom Powder/ Elaichi—Half tsp
