This is actually two film/lighting tests, the first test was to see how the diffused light from a china lantern would look, and the second one is a test of various types of linen for diffusion.
This was done in CINE 54 (Cinematography and Lighting) at CCSF on 4/1/09. They were both directed by our teacher, John Carlson. The camera operator for the first test is David Weber, and the second test was shot by Jekyns Pelaez. I was the model for both (I can't really say actor, 'cause I'm just sitting there.) I believe that the film stock was a 400 ASA 16mm tungsten balanced Kodak. It was later telecined at Monaco Film Labs.
