Microsoft Office Word 2007 by default does not give its users the ability to convert their word documents to pdf or xps. The most commonly way to do this to download or buy third party software that converts word to pdf.
Microsoft, however, provides an free add-on (additional programs) that when its installed, allows users to convert their word documents to pdf or xps.
In this tutorial, I show you how to do this
