In this video we'll configure a merge process and merge duplicate records.

Merge configuration -- select which fields merge from the duplicate to the record you want to keep

Merge Duplicate Records - two options:

- Constituent Merge - merge all duplicates identified
- Uses fields from merge configuration and is based on your full or incremental search
- Always preview the process prior to performing the merge

Merge Two Constituent -- manually merge two records
- Ideal when you stumble upon a duplicate situation
