Easter Rice Crispy Cakes
Ingredients:
- 150g Milk or Dark Chocolate
- 100g Butter
- 4 tbs Golden Syrup
- 100g Rice Krispies (or Cornflakes)
- Sprinkles & Mini Eggs
- Extra 50g of chocolate to decorate if desired
Method:
1. Melt the chocolate, butter & syrup over hot water (don’t let bowl touch the water - the mixture will split, you only want steam to melt the chocolate and butter)
2. Add in Rice Krispies and mix well
3. Spoon into cups and decorate (melt additional chocolate to decorate over steam if desired)
