Part 2 of 3 Video review of our new 2010 Montana Mountaineer 324RLQ. I thought this might help anyone looking for this particular unit about some of it's shortcomings and things we did to improve the livability of it. The unit is nice and roomy with lots of storage. One of the things that bug us is with all the storage the unit has, it really does not deliver when it comes to pantry space. More on that in the review. It has a nice entertainment center, TV, radio and DVD player that works really good. The living area is huge with plenty of room to move about. The kitchen counter is massive only beware of the "Solid Surface Counter Top" as it is soft and scratches easily. We scratched ours on the first trip with just moving around a salad bowl. Bedroom is functional with adequate room around the bed. The closet is big but a little dark (we added a battery light). Dresser drawer space is limited, the drawers look big, but are not deep, only about a foot. Really can not fault Montana though on this as the bed comes almost up against them when closed up. The unit seems to be as well made as could be for a mid priced unit. The only thing that looks a little weak (time will tell) is the spring and shackle mounts to the frame. The look like they could be a little more beefy. Hope the video is informative to you.
