POTATO SOUP:
6-7 medium potatoes
4 cups chicken broth
Cook on low for 6 hours
Add 1 block cream cheese and 2 handfuls cheddar cheese (optional) and let melt, about 30 mins.
CAJUN ALFREDO:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic
2 cups cream
1 & 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
CHEESECAKE EGG ROLLS:
1 block cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Fruit of choice
360 for 6 mins, flip and cook an additional 2 mins.
