Dense fog advisory in effect for Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi through 9am. Visibility will drop to 1/4 mile or less. Dense fog advisory posted for waterways through 10am. That time may be extended. Warm moist air is moving over the cooler nearshore waters causing advection fog. A weak cold front is moving our way. We do have a 40% rain chance. The weak cold front will stall along the coast, and will not drop temperatures a lot.
