Welcome to day 8 of our Iceland trip!
Day 8:
- It was an hour and a half drive from the campground to our first stop at Hvitserkur Rock, and amazing rock feature on the beach that looks like an enormous animal drinking.

- From there, we walked along the beach to Osar, where there is a seal colony, it is about a 15 min walk south of Hvitserkur Rock.
- Then we drove around the Vatsnes Peninsula stopping at various points ( Illugastadir, Svalbard) to see more seals as well as having lunch.
- After that we took the long drive into West Iceland to the beautiful town of Drangsnes where we ended the day bathing in the free hot tubs right next to the sea, fantastic![ Ссылка ]
