In this support article, we will explain how to manage the access settings for broadcast lists in Double Tick. By adjusting the visibility and editing permissions, you can control which team members can view and modify the broadcast lists. This feature is particularly useful when you want to limit access to sensitive or confidential information or grant specific team members the ability to edit and manage broadcast lists. Follow the steps below to manage broadcast list access effectively.
Step 1: Accessing Broadcast List Management
Log in to your DoubleTick account and navigate to the broadcast list you wish to manage.
Step 2: Opening Broadcast List and Access Settings
Click on the broadcast list to open it.
Look for the three dots icon located beside the "Add Participants" option.
Click on the three dots and select "Manage Access."
Step 3: Choosing Access Settings
In the "Manage Access" window, you will see two options: "Public" and "Private."
If you choose "Public," all team members in your channel will have visibility and editing access to the broadcast list.
If you choose "Private," none of your team members will be able to see the broadcast list you have created.
Step 4: Giving Specific Access to Team Members
If you want to give specific team members access to the broadcast list, you can do so by selecting individual team members.
Click on the pencil or edit icon next to the selected member's name.
Choose the desired level of access for the team member:
Full Access: The team member can edit and manage the broadcast list.
No Access: The team member can only view the broadcast list but cannot send or modify it.
Step 5: Confirming Access Settings
