FISH CURRY RECIPE is a tasty curry made using Rohu fish, marinated and fried then added to the gravy filled with tomato and onion paste along with various spices; this mouth watering curry is so simple.

FOR MARINATION

FISH - 6 pieces
1.INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION
==========================
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
APPLY THESE TO THE FISH PIECES AND MARINATE FOR 15 MINUTES
THEN FRY THESE PIECES IN OIL AND KEEP ASIDE.

2.In a pan heat oil - 3 tablespoon
3.To this add cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon for for 10 seconds.
4.Then add paste of two medium sized onions and saute till the colour of onion paste changes.
5.Now add ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon...roast it till it's raw smell disappears.
6.Then add
Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
7.Now mix these spices well and add paste of 3 medium sized tomatoes.
8.Add salt - 1 teaspoon and roast till raw smell of tomatoes disappears.
9.Then add water - 1 1/2 glass and mix well.
10.When water boils add
Few coriander and curry leaves
Sliced green chillies - 2
11.Then gently add fried fish and now do not use a spoon to stir, just move the pan and lower the flame
and let fish gets cooked in the gravy for 10 minutes.
12.After 10 minutes , switch off the flame , tasty fish curry is ready.
