They have changed the power addons.
If I am correct, I believe all power addons, such as the Odd Bulb, only increase the durability and makes the beam more brighter?(I think that is aesthetic). So insta-blinding is not a thing anymore, BUT this makes learning timing A LOT more easier, since all flashlights blind at the exact same time, regardless of the rarity of the flashlight or ad dons. Since this is the case, just memorize the timing of the regular flashlight. Might make a redo of this video, but currently working on making other tutorials. 01-24-18
I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT YOU
CAN BLIND THE WRAITH WHEN HE IS CLOAKED OR WHEN HE IS UNCLOAKING WHICH MAKES HIM STUNNED FOR A COUPLE SECONDS.
AND YOU CAN ALSO BLIND THE NURSE WHEN SHE HOLDS HER BLINK WHICH CAUSES A SMALL STUN.
