After defeating BubbleMan, you find that DesertMan controls the tank baring your raid into Wily's Castle. DesertMan and his operator tries to ambush Megaman, but with Gutsman here to "shake" things up, it gives Megaman an opening.

Like the previous fights, this is the v2 ghost Navi forms; Full Synchro doesn't actually add anything to the fight(again, story purposes). Remember that water is your best friend in this fight. Hit DesertMan with water chips and he solidifies(basically he's stunned for a bit). Use it to your advantage.
