- ginger (julienned)
- chilli (julienned)
- garlic (finely chopped)
- spring onions (julienned) [shallots]
- 1 tbs black bean sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbs shaoxing wine
- 1 tbs dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs corn starch (with water)
Serve with rice!
