- 2 Boxes Honey Jiffy Mix
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Medium Sized Sweet Potato
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 2/3 Cups Milk
- Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)
- Orange Food Coloring (Optional)
- Avocado Oil and Non-Stick Cooking Spray
HONEY BUTTER GLAZE:
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- Combine and mix both ingredients together until well incorporated.
