Make full cover fenders for fat bike beach cruiser or gravel bike with a bafang mid drive. As at this time, July 2022, the cost of these fenders are just ridiculous. ($120 to $200). Used a piece of 6-inch aluminum fascia cover ($25) and ½ X 1/8 aluminum flat bar ($5). Basic hand tools except for the crimper. No crimper? - just use needle nose pliers and twist to produce the crimps! Forming buck made from scrap wood. Can probably omit a buck and just bend the edges before crimping, but might get a 'square' profile instead of a rounded one.
