Tropical Storm Marce (international name: Yinxing) could strengthen into a typhoon this week when it reaches the waters of northern Luzon.
State-weather bureau PAGASA also warned the highest possible storm warning that would be issued due to Marce may be Signal No. 4 as it traverses the extreme northern Luzon in the coming days.
