One of those tasty summer drinks, Surfer on Acid is made of the following ingredients:

1 Oz (30 ml) of Malibu coconut rum
1 Oz (30 ml) of Jägermeister
1 Oz (30 ml) of pineapple juice

Put all ingredients in a shaker with 5-6 ice cubes and shake for 12 - 15 seconds. Strain the mixture in a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, garnish with a slice of lime.
