Sales Trinity - Skill set, Mindset and Tool set. These are the three main things you need to be a successful salesperson. Selling requires you to really feel good about what you're selling (mindset). But feeling good about it is not enough; that's not genuine sales motivation. You have to understand how it adds value to your customer and how do you communicate that value (Too Set).
