This is one of new CSS features that I am excited about. It aims to help remove javascript to add simple things like animations or transitions in web pages. Starting style 'at rule' in CSS can be used to do a lot more useful stuff. So how to transition between display none and display block using only CSS? We will use starting style at css rule and transition behavior allow discrete in CSS to apply smooth transition to element.
