For this week's episode of Behind The Design, Kyle takes us through one of our newest products, the Z1 Brake Cooling Kit.
This new DIY kit makes brake cooling easy! The included backing plate is CNC laser cut from stainless steel with 2.5'' air inlets tig-welded over the center of the rotor hub, allowing cooler air to be forced through the rotors cooling vanes using the included 2.5'' reinforced ducting. This cool air pulls heat away from the front and back of the rotor, reducing brake temperatures and maintaining your car's braking performance.
