Just 2 days ago the RBI put out circular bringing restrictions on the Punjab Maharashtra Cooperative Bank which sent its depositors & its customers into a tizzy. If the HDIL promoter took a loan of ₹100 Cr to pay his dues to Bank of India in August this year when HDIL was already considered an NPA. If RBI has found evidence of wrongdoing why hasn't there been a criminal investigation?
Story No 2: PNB Bank scam
Antiguan PM Gaston Browne blames India for giving Mehul Choksi a clean chit. He said that Choksi will be deported once all his appeals get exhausted.
Why was Mehul Choksi given clean chit? Do prompt agencies become inactive when we talk about rich people?
