The Electric Tapping Machine (Model – DS 30 Universal) is an efficient machine for the tapping process. It has a total of 9 auto clutch collets (ISO GT24) included range from 6 to 30mm. The DS30 Universal has a flexible arm mechanism that allows the machine to have variable freedom of movement. The tapping machine has a Universal swivel head and machine control panel for easy operation. To use the machine one can follow the below steps as mentioned.
Step 1: Set tap in the collet
Step 2: Arrange the collet
Step 3: Set Velocity and Back speed
Step 4: Select Manual Tapping Mode
Step 5: Select Auto Tapping Mode
Step 6: Set pitch according to tap
Step 7: Set Depth as per your job
And the machine is ready to use! The DS30 machine has the option of auto tapping mode for better user experience and is driven by servo motor. A coolant is used to increase the life span of tap and it auto reverses after the completion of the job. The DS30 has a feature of Vibration Tapping Machine available for users.
