The ‘Capriccio Diabolico’ was written in 1935 and dedicated to Andrés Segovia. It is worldwide known as ‘Homage to Paganini’. Castelnuovo Tedesco himself wrote a version for solo guitar as well as a version for guitar and orchestra.
