Chicken : 2.5 Kg
Salt : 2.5 Table spoon or As per your taste

Mix it very well for 5 minute

Onion : 750 gram to 1 Kg
Green Chilli : Less Spicy 250 gram
Tomato Fine chop : 350 Gram

Blend Onion and remove water from Onion
Blend Green Chilli
Cut Tomatto Fine chop

Minced Chicken two time then Add
Chickpea Flour : 4 Table spoon ( Baysan )
Wheat Flour : 4 Table Spoon
Add : All Vegetables then mix it very well then add

Coriander seeds Crushed : 4 Tablespoon
Gram Masala : 2 Table spoon
Red Chili Flake : 2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds Powder : 2 Tablespoon
Dry Pomegranate Seeds : 2 Table spoon

keep on freezer for 30 minute then Fry in any cooking oil
