One of the best booms in AoE2 right now. Extremely far ahead of most other civs by minute 20 vill count.

6 Sheep
4 Wood

- Send one from TC food to straggle 10-20 gold
2 stone

2 feudal go to wood, transfer two villagers from food to wood also

How to handle the extra sheep:
When the TCs are completed, send the villagers that built it to take the sheep, and send the first 2-3 (I prefer 2) villagers that built the TC to take the sheep. Then every villager after goes to the resource that your TC is on, and you make farms with those villagers as you can afford. When the villagers are almost done with the second sheep make sure you queue them to go to their resource, and pull them off to make farms when you can afford. Ensure villagers your main TC creates go to farms when you can afford them.
