Chicken Pakora - bite-size chicken pieces marinated in special gram flour batter, consisting of various Indian spices and then cooked to a crisp.

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 500g,
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp,
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp,
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp,
Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp,
Gram flour or besan - 1 cup,
Rice flour - 1/2 cup,
Corn flour - 1/2 cup,
Onion sliced - 1 large,
Salt to taste,
Oil for fri,
METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with gin ger-garlic paste, tomato-chilli sauce, all the dry spices and salt, leave it for 1 hour.
Add sliced onion and all kind of flour into the marinated chicken and mix well with little of water.
Take a piece of chicken with onion and fry in the medium heat oil until it become soft.
Serve hot as a starter.
