Domasen Zelnik so praz i sirnje ili urda napravena na Tradicionalen nacin:
potrebno e;
- 700 g brasno
- 400 g mlaka voda
- 2 lazicki sol
- 1 lazicka sol
- 1 kvaseg 8 g
- 3 lazici maslo
seto toa ubavo se zamesuva vo glatko testo i stoi 20 min, potoa se zamesubaat dve topki (kori) edna za odozgora a edna za odozdola

- 300 g sirenje ili urda
- 2 jajca

Se pece na zagreana rerna na 200*C okolu 45 minuti

- 300 g of cheese or cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- black pepper
It is baked in a heated oven at 200*C for about 45 minutes
