7 coconuts 🥥 grated fresh coconuts
22 eggs,separated egg white
1kg granulated sugar
60 grams 4 tablespoon of salted Butter
Room temperature
2 pinches of salt
1/2cardamon powder
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees
Celsius for 30-35 mins or till the tops re a deep golden brown
You Can add vanilla essence ..
Once baked allow them to cool down
